(December 22, 2017, 2:46 pm)If there is a negative star I would give them. My wife put a pair of boots on hold and I picked them up later. I got home to find out that they gave us defective ones. Went back the second day to exchange with a good one to find out that the receipt was stamped Final Sale, I was not told and my wife was not told the boots were final sale. The girl from the first day was very nice but the girl from the second day was very "impolite". Worst customer service ever.
They are sending it for a repair instead of giving me a new one.
Edit : the manager called when the shoe was done, she apologized for the issue and provided a gift card for the inconvenience. She was very nice. I am adjusting my rating to 3 stars. Thanks
