Great customer service. They had a hard time locating my order. They communicated with me the issue they where having and offered to ship it directly to me when they couldn't find it. While I waited for them to look for it I watched them deal with another customers return. I was very impressed.

It was busy and things were a bit of a mess in the store. I pretty well helped myself but found a new pair of winter boots. They were just what I was looking for. The girl at the checkout counter was very friendly and I appreciated her help.

This is a great store! The selection is amazing! Great prices! Staff was doing the best they can to attend to me during this busy holiday season! Completely understandable. But when I got service, it was fantastic, they staff member was really helpful, gave me good info about the shoes and shoe care for them! 100% returning to get another pair!
