“Amazing selection of clothing and fair prices. However their change rooms are still closed and you are unable to return certain items if they don’t fit ? So essentially you have to hope for the best. I don’t think I’ll return again until change rooms are opened back up. It’s a bit excessive to still have them closed as everywhere else you shop they are reopened.”

“So in love with these beautiful leather products (shoes and purses) and the scarfs - so many compliments!!! The added touch of the lovely horse on the zippers is a very nice touch. The scarfs are so soft and great to wrap yourself up in... and the colours stunning!. Even the packaging is a special touch with a hand written card, red tissue paper with sticker makes you feel special. “If there is a negative star I would give them. My wife put a pair of boots on hold and I picked them up later. I got home to find out that they gave us defective ones. Went back the second day to exchange with a good one to find out that the receipt was stamped Final Sale, I was not told and my wife was not told the boots were final sale. The girl from the first day was very nice but the girl from the second day was very "impolite". Worst customer service ever. They are sending it for a repair instead of giving me a new one. Edit : the manager called when the shoe was done, she apologized for the issue and provided a gift card for the inconvenience. She was very nice. I am adjusting my rating to 3 stars. Thanks”

They were amazing in helping me, it wasn’t in stock at the Collingwood store but arranged for a colleague to bring one from the Barrie store. Brittany was really helpful and made sure that I got the product before my flight back to the UK. Tyler also kept me up to date on progress and the pick up.
