Owner Derrell is very nice and helpful. My first closing experience was a disaster. Boys couldn't find my address, weather was bad, then they got behind two days. Finally the team showed up, they did a great job, except that a few hours after they left I had to fish the bags of one side of the pool out that had fallen in, take them out (very heavy as they are full of water) and fix the tarp. Will definitely be saving the money to buy the $3k cover

New staff and friendly and very helpful. They sell hoses/connectors for Intex/Bestway pools for those hard to find items.

They are the best ever in customer service!!! Kudos to Venessa, Marissa, Carolyn, Kelsey, Matt (and I'd be remiss not to add the owners Darryl and Kadel)... absolutely amazing staff!!!. I can't say enough on how helpful, patient, understanding, friendly, knowledgeable (go the extra mile)they have been with my many stop ins since they opened up. Satisfied with the quality of products and opening and closing of pool are always seamless. Totally, totally recommend Bliss...name suits them!!!
