“Owner Derrell is very nice and helpful. My first closing experience was a disaster. Boys couldn't find my address, weather was bad, then they got behind two days. Finally the team showed up, they did a great job, except that a few hours after they left I had to fish the bags of one side of the pool out that had fallen in, take them out (very heavy as they are full of water) and fix the tarp. Will definitely be saving the money to buy the $3k cover”

In the past, I would walk every aisle trying to find someone to put me in the right direction, assist me to reach something, or even just to find a cart. More recently, the customer service has been much better, with staff going out of their way to find someone to help if they did not have the information I needed. They also have taken more time to help me decide which item would be best for the task at hand.”
