“This particular store has improved a lot over the past few years for customer service. In the past, I would walk every aisle trying to find someone to put me in the right direction, assist me to reach something, or even just to find a cart. More recently, the customer service has been much better, with staff going out of their way to find someone to help if they did not have the information I needed. They also have taken more time to help me decide which item would be best for the task at hand.”
