“Sheldon was absolutely phenomenal!! Best service I have received in a very long time. My family and I went to Chuck's to have a celebratory supper for my wedding and we were beyond satisfied with the service and food. There was 6 of us and all of us were surprised how quick our food came out (mains as well as appetizers). Sheldon was consistently checking to make sure everything was satisfactory, even let us know that if we needed anything we could speak up, which was quite nice of him. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and cannot wait to head back to this location to see Sheldon again!!”

“The recent negative reviews made me apprehensive, however I had an excellent experience in this brand new and shiny location earlier tonight. The clean, single person washroom caught my eye upon entering though I didn't use it. The staff were very friendly, cheery, and the cashier was easy to order from and made sure we knew our order number. Maybe I got lucky, and I will say that our fries could've been hotter and either needed salt or the fryer needs an oil change but aside from that, our food, particularly the buttery bread and popcorn chicken, was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed. Dole Strawberry Kiwi juice in the beverage station and Free WiFi ????????”
