Shows up on time, great, friendly attitude and very informative and transparent with his advice. NOT mining you for money. Tells you what has to be done like it is, not recommending BS work that will drain your account. He also installed a brand new soft water system for us and it was a great experience - everything functioning as it should and service was much better than you’d expect. “We live in 40 year old house , so it’s no surprise Plumging might arise as an issue as it did when our basement drain backed up with a nasty pieces of business thankfully we call phd plumbing great service friendly,informative and thorough I must say mark seemed to genuinely enjoy his work , I think in great part in helping others with a their problem it end up the problem was outside the P-trap Was penetrated by tree roots It need to be replace with PVC pipe here is some pictures before and after the work great team , if you find yourself in a similar situation I have no problem recommending this company.”
