I was somewhat apprehensive to start practicing yoga - trying some poses really intimidating. Carol put us at ease right away. Starting slow, allowing progress at a good and gentle pace. “Stopped in to Operation Grow today April 5/18. I was received by a very friendly grower doubling as sales person. She happily explained the hydroponic system and the expectations of the operation. There was a lovely selection of greens & herbs as well as salad dressings made in house with some of the greens & herbs. All produce is grown organically & was very fresh & looked so appetizing!! Prices were amazingly affordable especially considering everything is organic!! I plan to shop regularly!!! Ten stars!!!”

“Finally a gymnastic centre with programs available for all levels! Very clean & bright atmosphere. I see a couple negative reviews about the seating provided - really?? Try sitting on cold hockey arena benches or hot metal bleachers for soccer or better yet BYOC And what kids activities provide the parents free coffee or beverages? Having one child in gymnastics and one in skiing - I’d prefer to sit at the gym then be crowded in a ski lodge with no seating available. The coaches & staff are amazing here and honestly are there for the kids to enjoy gymnastics! Their drop in programs, movie nights, charity events are very well organized and awesome as well! Thank you Gymfinity for giving Midland a fantastic place for gymnastics!”

“I really enjoy working out at this gym, every time I come its always clean and tidy. Staff is outstanding!! All very nice people, very educated in their work. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and shown through my enrollment to the gym, they offer a free training session when you become a member and I was hesitant to try it but I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and understanding the trainer was. Will be continuing to enjoy and recommend this gym, great atmosphere!”
