“I'm really not sure how this place gets a high rating for customer service because without fail, I am never acknowledged upon entering the store or any time I am in the store. I don't that expect an associate to bind themselves to me or worship the ground I walk on but being paid attention to on some level is appreciated. Just yesterday, I spent an entire hour in the store selecting and trying on jeans and had multiple staff walk by like I didn't exist. The only reason I went in is because they carry a good brand of jeans and I had a gift certificate. Fortunately for me, a store very nearby carries the same brand and they pride themselves on customer as service. Unfortunately for Mark's, a store very nearby carries the same brand... *Update: Personal contact was initiated by certain staff in efforts to reach my confidence level. We'll see what transpires. Changed my rating to reflect efforts made.”

“I love shopping here, beware though that some people take their kids here for some reason and let them loose in the make-up aisle. So there's a lot of products that have been played with. I recommend avoiding them, the store is nice tho”
