“Today I was shopping for a cross country ski package. I went to some of the bigger stores in Barrie. They had little to no inventory and little to no customer service. It was suggested to me to go to Hardwood Hills. A young man working on Sunday afternoon was very nice and knowledgeable about the equipment and fitting. I now have my new skis and will return to Hardwood Hills when in need of anything else and skiing. Thankyou so much”

“This is a fantastic trail, level, straight and very scenic. The road crossings are infredquent (mostly just concession roads) and manageable due to low traffic volumes and speeds. The trail is fantastic year road and maintanence standards are very high. The only complaint I've come across is that it does not connect with the City of Barrie's North Shore Trail (which also follows the former CN Newmarket Sub.)”
