(February 28, 2019, 5:27 pm)I was a total skeptic regarding Reiki. Jen Barth is a knowledgeable Reiki practitioner with a genuine calming manner. At the end of my 30 minutes she shared her own observations about the session and allowed me to do the same. Jen was able to confidently identify places in my body needing this healing. It was an emotional but amazing experience of feeling a release of energy I certainly did not need in my body. Reiki I'm sure is an individual experience for everyone. I AM NO LONGER A SKEPTIC.
