Cynthia has a very kind and attentive approach to coaching yoga. You really feel Cynthia's positive and beautiful energy that is gently diffused while she practices. She encourages any level of student with her gracious sensitivity. Loved her class and look forward to many more.

Would highly recommend! . As an Ultra Runner, I've started using Yoga and noticed benefits even after my first class with Cynthia. Plus, I've always had to look up at the teacher to follow along with movements, but her verbal cueing was easily to follow along. Great vibe!
Cynthia is amazing! I have never tried yoga before and after my first session i wanted to continue. Every week i get a good workout and a totally peaceful body and mind. Cyn is very good at knowing her clients physical limitations and working to accommodate. This shows how knowledgeable and professional she is. Would highly recommend her classes/services
Yoga is a big part of my self-care tool box and having the right teacher can make a world of a difference. Cynthia was born to be a Yoga teacher. I appreciated her cues to breathe, let go and find grounding. Her personality is warm and lighthearted and you are guaranteed to feel relaxed - And happy after a few of her well timed jokes. I had the impression she has been teaching for a long time with her knowledge of Yoga, cues and sequencing. However, it is from personal practice, a pure love of Yoga and her recent studies that have created one of my new favourite Yoga teachers. This was so needed to help me de-stress and unwind. I was looking for a restorative class right before bedtime. Cynthia created a dreamy class that left me feeling way more balanced and less tense.
