“I cannot begin to describe how thankful I am for Metamorphosis for helping me get my life back together. I was in a very dark place when I arrived and I did not know what to expect as this was my first (and last) treatment center I have ever been to. Right away I was made to feel comfortable and at home by the staff and the other clients staying at the center. You can tell that the owners, Frank and Chris, truly care about their clients. My primary counsellor, Jen, was absolutely amazing and I am so grateful for her. She understood me right away and gave me the tools I needed to be successful in my recovery, along with the help of the head counsellor, Rick, and the other counsellors at Metamorphosis. The doctors and therapists that they work with are also excellent and extremely knowledgeable. The food they provided was top notch. Thank you, Metamorphosis, for making me live again and not just survive. This center will always hold a special place in my heart.”

“UPDATE: Got a call from the manager apologizing and asked about what happened, she was extremely sweet. I ended up booking an appointment for Saturday at their sister location in Angus. Although I made it very clear I will not be going to the Wasaga location ever again due to the receptionist. Original post: Beyond disappointed with their customer service. After telling the receptionist 3 times on the phone that I can't make an appointment before 4pm while trying to book a cleaning I finally got a booking for 4:30 the following Friday. The day before my appointment I get a text asking to move my appointment to 4 a day earlier. The text was very unprofessional and childish. I replied saying no I cant make that time. I got another message asking to come in for 11:30am. I called and spoke to the woman and was told that I'm the only appointment in the afternoon and the hygenist wont come in to do my appointment as I'm the only one. This has happened before every appointment I've booked. Constantly playing telephone tag to reschedule my appointments. I told her to cancel it and that I'm done with this business and that I'll go else where. Please note: I've only had positive experiences with the dental hygienist, dentist, and dental assistants. Customer service will make or break you.”
