“My name is Mike, my wife and I was in there a couple days ago went through the drive thru and my order was wrong, went in to bring it to an employee's attention and I ended up talking to Brianne she was amazing by the way, when I walked in she greeted me with a warm welcome I told her that my burger was made incorrectly and she apologized and had her kitchen staff remake my burger immediately, I get it its a new store with new staff but it's how you handle the situation is what's gonna bring customers back, thank you so much brianne for the great customer service I will definitely be back soon keep up the great work!”

“Good food and wood quantity for the price. For example $22 gets you a sample tasting of pulled pork, brisket, ribs a side (my favourite it the mouth watering Mac and cheese) and fries and a bun. A great deal. That being said - yes some work needs done with speed, efficiency and accuracy. Hopefully they will take the advice of a new business consultant like myself to make the improvements they need to be a great success.”

“Pecan butter tarts - delicious! Flaky buttery crust, the perfect sweetness and amount of pecans. I would add a little - tiny bit more - filling because I'm greedy that way lol but honestly best butter tart I've ever had! I love this bakery - supreme. I will be going back, often. “We picked up a small bag of bacon and cheese treats at Fernwood Market on our way up North. The treats kept really well for a couple of days before we got back home to give them to our dogs. Let me tell ya, they were a BIG HIT! Our dogs prefer chewy treats, so these were perfect. Plus it's easier to break off smaller pieces since they're soft. They smelled so good, that I almost wanted to eat one! Simple and clean ingredients. I hope they become available more widely, because the dogs would be even better listeners if we had these in our home as a staple treat.”

“I had the Hawaiian chicken burger. Unfortunately it was over cooked but otherwise would have been a good burger. The burger was over done but the fries weren't done quite enough. I will go back at some point and give it another try as I'm sure when cooked right, it would be really good.”

“We went early today, right at 11am when they open. Ordered the Mediterranean individual. It was ready in ten minutes. They offered eating in as well as take out. We chose take out as we were in a hurry. Pizza was really good and fresh since we probably were the first customers there. But one downside we were not offered any napkins or paper towels. Other than that all good and the employees were friendly.”
