“Amazing atmosphere. Very clean, equipment is in great condition and everyone is friendly. The Coaches are very thorough and attentive and actually seem interested in seeing the athletes progress toward their goals. The schedule is very robust with many opportunities from morning to night to get in for a good sweat session. This facility holds a variety of charitable events as well that are well planned and successful. Always happy to attend. Programming is flexible and offers a wide range of different movements and intensity levels. The coffee is great too! :-)”

“Great little farm - a real gem. Sadly the old farmer will blather on about ‘freedom’ and anti mask / antivax blah blah blah - ruins the visit if you have to talk to him. I tried to take him of that path a few times but he didn’t take the hint. Understandable why they appear to get so few visitors compared to other nearby farms. Keep him from talking about ‘freedom’ and the place would thrive.”
