“The owner Dwayne believes in personal service. You will find him on the floor helping customers almost every day. If you need to order something special, then this is the place to go. Dwayne personally spent hours looking into special ordering me aluminum doors for my porch which I could not get anywhere else. Although they were made in Canada no other store wanted to take the time to do this. They were custom sized and with a non-regular milled finish. As well, the price was considerably less than what I had been quoted at a large box store in Ottawa - and that was not even for the exact product I wanted! There has not been a single time I have walked into this store where one of the friendly staff has not approached me to say hello and ask if they can help me. Obviously the owner sets the atmosphere which all staff follow when it comes to personal customer service. Now that's service!”
