We were told they'd call Monday to set up a time to come see us, but they called on a Sunday evening to confirm a time for Monday. They had a quote for us by Tuesday - hand delivered and in writing. That was a nice change in this day and age of everything being done electronically. Ron explained everything that would be done and gave us options for different products.
