Ashley Homestore - Thunder Bay

I bought am couch and sofa chair set. It was on sale, and had the quality that I needed. I waited almost 3 weeks for delivery and when it came it was not the one I had bought. The new one that was delivered is so cheap it is already starting to break down. I am very disappointed at the deception that went on.

I would like to correct my comment. I received a call from management, after we talked I found out he did not know about the error. I had waited too long to do anything about it for personal reasons, so nothing could be done. Never the less I found the gentleman very concerned and friendly.

We made two purchases here over the last week, and the main reason we chose Ashley Homestore was because of Mat's excellent customer service. He made us feel comfortable, took the time to find what we wanted, and ensured that we would be taken care of in the event that we had any issues with the products. Thanks Mat, for taking the time to help us:)
