Staff are knowledgable. They know their stuff. I went looking g for 3 particular items that I did not know the proper name of and the salesperson o dealt with heard my description of items and k ew exactly what I wanted
Looking for new blinds and various flowers to plant. Everyone very helpful and conducted social distancing. Got just about everything I needed, including help with the checkout.
Curbside pickup for online ordering is amazing. The staff is always friendly and happy! Which is important to me with such limited interaction with others these days. All of my orders have been correct.

William & Lynn are rockstars at Customer Service. I recently purchased a beautiful Husky Tool Chest from the Thunder Bay Home Depot. Being that I live over two hours away, I have learned the invaluable lesson to check things before you leave the store the hard way lol... This is where William comes in; he was more than willing to help ensure that the product I was purchasing was free of defects or issues, so he painstakingly helped me to review my tool chest by taking it out of the box. Wouldn’t you know it, it indeed had some physical damage from shipping! It wasn’t too bad, however, William stepped up and offered a little discount to account for the damage which was greatly appreciated and appropriate. He helped me repackage the tool chest for transport and helped me load it into my pickup out in subfreezimg weather! Fast forward and my tool chest was discounted for Black Friday and, again, I live over two hours away so I cant simply hope over to customer service to get refunded. I called into customer service and that is when Lynn comes into the picture. I explained my dilemma and she took the initiative to help refund my difference and took absolute care of me! I can’t begin to explain how refreshing and rewarding as a customer it is to get superb customer service and treated like an invaluable customer! I hope management at the TB Home Depot make sure to recognize these outstanding associates and do everything in their power to keep them as long as possible because it makes me want to keep doing my business here with experiences like this!
