Never met an instructor as great as Laura Lee Therrien - the way the training session was conducted it made me interested and excited to listen and learn. I have ADHD and I loose attention very quickly- but the way Laura Lee kept the entire training interactive, I was transported to some of my best teachers classrooms as a kid. Thank you for being super supportive, patient and catering for everyone is the training session. 5 ⭐️.

Took my certification training/exam with them in 2016 and really enjoyed the class - informative, engaging, nonjudgmental, helpful with any questions we had and anticipated any clarifications needed. I needed to recertify in 2021 and they've adapted to online services incredibly well - as accessible and helpful as possible, with ample time scheduled to help people with technology issues.
