“I've used this Service Ontario several times now and it's a really mixed bag. I've been there when the lines were short and the service was fantastic. I've also been there when the lines were long and the service was just awful. I'll relay a couple of instances. First the swift, helpful and courteous service. I went here for issues pertaining an address change. The line was short and the gal was incredibly helpful when I got to the counter. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Another time about four months after the previous experience I went there again. This time the line was wrapped around down the hall and the wait was well over an hour. When I finally got to the counter I was met with one of the crankiest folks I've ever dealt with at a Service Ontario. She wanted any excuse to deny me what I was asking for. I had looked up the requirements online so I knew what documents I needed and after being told no a half a dozen times I told her that either she needs to give me what I asked for or explain why the provincial website requirements were different than hers. Then she gave me what I asked for with a lot of dirty looks and attitude. I guess it boils down to if you get the right person you're in good shape. If you don't you might be in for a headache.”

“Like most poor decisions made by Toronto community housing(TCHC), their recent decision to switch to coinamatic from sparkle solutions was no exception. To this date no one in our building at Firvalley court has been able to do our laundry thanks to the overcomplicated and unreliable Maytag machines which were installed at our location a few weeks ago. We alll had to go to a coin laundry. There is no reason to overcomplicate communal washing and drying machines by providing the option to pay by bluetooth and through the coinamatic cp app. I have tried washing my clothes using the coinamatic cp app both on an android and iphone. On my android, I get an error that says "Could not start machine Please try again". The machines also does not start when trying to use the coinamatic cp app on my iphone. My coinamatic laundry card does not work on any of the machines at Cataraqui crescent and firvalley court. Toronto community housing(TCHC) should switch back to sparkle solutions which had machines which were far more reliable and easy to use. Latest Update: They have addressed the issue of the machines not starting. Now they start perfectly. One thing they should improve on the coinamaticCP app on iphone is that users should be able to see the cycle status of multiple machines that they are using. Currently if you start a another machine, the previous machine's cycle status disappears and you only get to see the cycle status of the current machine. I have upgraded the review from 1 star to 3 star”
