Amazing Cutomer Service By far cheapest place in Town.

I went to ProFix because I thought that I had damaged the charging port on my cell. The young man behind the counter took a look, tried a cord and said, " Maybe not". He fetched a pick and cleaned a ton of lint and dirt from carrying rocks my grandkids find and all was good. No charge. Along with the other excellent reviews, I heartily recommend them for their honesty.

These guys know their stuff and are honest about it too. Michele fixed in minutes a problem I had with my phone after I spent weeks researching and trying to fix it myself. I was ready to give up and buy another. He did it for free. I tried to give him and his wife some money for this and they refused. So nice! I know where I'll go with my next phone problem.

What an amazing experience! My daughter put her iPhone XR through the wash and after 48 hrs of it sitting in a bag of rice and nothing working we took it to Michel. He diagnosed the phone right away for us and walked us through our options. He had the phone ready for her to pick up 3 hrs later at a very reasonable price. Awesome customer service. I went in assuming I'd need to replace the charging port on my phone. They took my phone, looked at it, cleaned out the charging port of lint and dust then tested it. That was it, after 5 minutes in the store I was good to go. Would 100% go back if I have any future mobile device repair needs.
