I have to say every time I walk in they get my product fast, even if I don’t have the item code they’ll find it for me, very professionals. The price is very reasonable, and again great friendly service. I’ll be keep coming back..
I go to Independent all the time, way better than Home Depot. My only complaint is that they don’t check emails when someone is away. You just get a message saying they are NOT being monitored and to call or send it to someone else who may also be away. What a pain, I don't have time to dig up my email from my sent items and resend it to someone else just because they don't have a central email address for orders. Although, I guess they do monitor them because you then get two emails back, one from the email address of the person that is away and another from the other person you had to spend time re-emailing. It’s not all bad, I usually get a better price from one of the two and just use that when I order. I find that so unprofessional, not sure why in 2021 they cannot figure out how to make one email address for all orders and work as a team, seems like such a waste of time and effort on their end. I will still shop here but I try to avoid emailing them and just call or use their text system. Don't get me wrong, their staff is really friendly and helpful and they have a ton of inventory, even with all the supply issues they somehow still have everything I need. I just wish they would improve their customer experience by fixing their email system.
