Always a pleasant experience. Princess Auto goes out of it's way to satisfy its customers. Employees are knowledgeable and reach out to fellow employees if needed. Given the nature of this store, you will always find what you need, even if you don't know it yet!

4 Stars only because there is always room for improvement. No one is perfect!

The first day of the effectness of the flyer, I showed up earlier in the morning, associates told me the product you want has not arrived yet. It probably will come in tomorrow.
Next morning I called in first the associates told me we have 90 pieces in store just come in and pick it up.
I showed up in the store I couldn't find it. Associates told me again the package is still in the back please come back tonight.
I know Princess auto offers lots of good stuff and a good price too but taking me forever to get something what I want that I see in the flyer.

I made another call just 1hr later, the guy Ian treated me well, he went back and grabbed it for me so I can pick it up from cashier directly.

(The guy I talked to before Ian , his voice is low and slow voice, he said the product is at the back ,he didn't really want to go back to check for me, he held me the line on the phone and never get back to me....

Keith was of great service today. Knowledgeable and courteous.
