“Tyson is an amazing instructor. I am someone who barely ever exercised but he made the transition into being active as a beginner really smooth. He always offer easier alternatives to each exercise so you can pick the best pace for yourself. He also corrects you form and makes sure you don’t accidentally injure yourself. I felt comfortable with her immediately. She knows her stuff! She's quick, efficient and makes sure every hair is removed.
