    I have been working with Joel, an excellent trainer, since last year. He is very dedicated, motivated, knowledgeable and great to work with. I have had incredible results such as weight loss since working with him. He really knows what he is doing.

    Joel is the best! He was my trainer for over several months before I moved. During that time, I found him to be a true professional, pushing me to my limit, getting me to my personal fitness goals. Even when he was being tough, making sure I stayed disciplined, he was always pleasant and always encouraging. A real motivator!

    The best in town!!! My goal was to gain and pack a lot of muscle. Coming from a skinny guy, this is all I ever wanted. I started training with Joel lates 2016. As of today, I am very muscular and ripped, that I am happy to give all the credit to Joel! He gave me confidence and built me to a level that I never imagined being. If you are the same as I was and you are looking to get muscular, this is the guy for you!

    I started with Joel after my baby was born. My goal was to tighten my belly back to where it was before pregnancy and to continue to be fit and energetic for my growing kid. Joel is very pleasant and non-judgmental. I loved my results! I lost 35lbs, got my belly back in shape and have gained muscle definition in a matter of 90 days! I am more energetic now and I am really happy of my progress and wanting more! which is why I am writing a testimonial. It is inspiring to have Joel as my personal trainer because I can count on him and he has got me to a fitness level that I have never been before.
