    Love this Studio! It is clean and organized and prefectly located.I began classes here two months ago. Every instructor I have had has been patient, kind and knows their stuff. The website booking is easy to use .I usually book my classes a week in advance. Going three or four times a week gave me very fast results.

    I have been going to Core Body Science for the past (almost) 4 years now! I've since travelled Europe, studied in London and none of the Pilates teachers I have ever met have come close to delivering a complete body workout that will leave you sore in the best way and happy one class! Kelly has a fun and athletic approach to Pilates! In one class with Kelly, you will be stronger, leaner and feel taller! No matter what your fitness level is, Kelly's keen eye and vast knowledge with work with you to help you achieve your goals. If you want a fun, welcoming atmosphere (and love dogs!) Core Body Science is the place for you.

    Guys do Pilates too! I was looking for a way to strengthen my bad back in a safe and fun way. Kelly looks after my full health and fitness. We've had great success in stretching, strengthening and nutrition. I can see the difference in my posture and have been able to build up my other workouts as well.

    I was introduced Pilates by my girlfriend. At first I was hesitant on going because I have a pinched nerve in my C4/C5 discs and I didn't want to aggravate or injure myself. After a consultation with Kelly and a proper assessment of my needs I began to take her Pilates classes. I started off slow and being very aware of my neck and not pushing myself too hard.. but now I feel strength in my neck and shoulders. I used to have slight numbness in my hands and was pretty weak all over, now I don't experience the numbness anymore and my body is getting strong again. I wholeheartedly recommend going to this studio and seeing Kelly because she knows Pilates. She's a master level instructor with a background in health.

    Please consult your physician first if you have pinched nerve and want to try Pilates. This is in no way an endorsement of doing Pilates to cure your pinched nerve. It's my own personal story of how it has helped my health. Also talk to the person you are training with, so they can make proper adjustments around your injuries.

    I have been going to Kelly's studio for about two years now. Even after I moved up north, I make the drive down because no other pilates instructor has helped make such a difference to by "core and butt". :)
    Kelly comes around and makes sure that you are doing the exercises properly. She will also talk you through the class to tell you where you should be feeling it when we do each exercise! I find myself feeling amazing after each class!
    Simply put, the hour goes by fast and Kelly keeps us all engaged.
    On a side note, the atmosphere is inviting and not pretentious. I find this refreshing:)
