The bootcamp classes are exactly what I was looking for - intense workouts that push me but are also social, supportive, and customized to my body's needs. Kevin is the best trainer I've ever worked with. He makes training fun!

(July 25, 2017, 9:28 pm)I’ve completed 1 sprint distance triathlon each summer for the past 3 years, but this season I decided to tackle multiple races, including my first Olympic distance. I’ve never been a fan of strength training in the gym – I find the atmosphere uninviting and I never knew what exercises I should or shouldn’t be doing. I decided I needed help building a stronger base for my increased training load and I’m so happy that I started working with Kevin. After 12 weeks, I felt considerable improvement in my strength and had a better handle on my warm-up, cool-down, and stretching habits. He is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining the reasons for each exercise to help you work towards your specific goal. This season I’ve been injury-free and have bettered my times each race. I’m certain that this is in large part thanks to Kevin’s support!
