Without a doubt, the best Pilates Studio in Toronto. The studio caters to students who are beginners to those who have done Pilates for years.
Whether one-on-one, semi-private or in a group setting, Anna’s sessions always feel like you’re working out with a close friend. The pre-natal class in particular has helped me feel stronger, prevent soreness/pain and, as a bonus, connect with other moms-to-be. Highly recommend for avid fans and Pilates newbies alike.
I've been coming to the Studio for over a year now, and am very happy with the classes there. Anna always comes up with new exercises and it's never boring! In fact, the more I come, the harder it seems to get!
I'm learning to use the right muscles and my back (which used to bother me) is really enjoying the stretching and the workouts. I try coming 2-3 times a week to make sure my spine and my whole body feels stretched, and strong! Love the studio, and love Anna and Vanessa!
Although this class isn’t going to make you break a heavy sweat, it's so lazer focused on slow concentrated movements and targeted muscles, you'll be tighter, lighter and stronger.
