Evoke Martial Arts & Kickboxing

Signed up my son for the kickboxing classes and so thankful that I found this place! Coaches here are the nicest people I have ever met. They are patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My son was very comfortable around the trainers all the time. He learned a lot and I noticed a significant improvement in his behavior, confidence and technique.

The Toronto Hapkido Academy has been a truly wonderful experience. As an adult engaging in martial arts for the first time, the environment has been ideal. All of the instructors have been motivating, knowledgeable, and supportive. The classes offer a great workout and a chance to feel a little bit badass. I look forward to continuing the journey!

I am a fitness trainer, after 9 years of teaching other people I was looking for a new personal challenge, I was very luck to find THA. I can’t say enough regardless of your fitness level you feel welcome, you feel stronger with each class. My upper body strength was increase so much, each class is different, dynamic, challenging and fun :)

This is the best activity I have ever had my kids participate in. The instructors are engaged, competent and involved. Great discipline!

My family has been a part of the Hapkido Academy community for 6 years and the benefits cannot possibly be counted! I feel incredibly lucky that both of my sons have been learning this martial art since they were 4. It has instilled self value, confidence and a mind body connection that extremely useful in all they do on and off the mats. The instructors take the time to learn about each child. They have created a welcoming learning environment for all who walk in the door.
The adult classes are as challenging as you would like to make them. However, there is a balance of structure and pure enjoyment!
