“This is our grocery store and it has been so since it first opened. The staff is the best part of the store, they are friendly and nice and polite. I appreciate the way they handled and continue to handle the Covid-19 situation. It showed care for their employees as well as their customers. The store has good quality food, great quality service. I would only like to see more locally grown fruit and vegetables. I understand there are limitations, however I still believe there is an opportunity to have more local and/or Canadian selections.”

“One star for their bagels. So wonderfully fresh and fluffy! One star for the organic section and the sales that happen there on occasion. Good variety and many things to try out. Last star for the older gentleman who manages to cut my cheese and deli in perfect thickness every time. His care and attention makes me keep going back to the counter to wait for the cheese and deli. Thank you! The lack of the last two stars: lack of staff. I’m not sure exactly what the regulations are for staffing members helping other staff members out during the times when certain areas are busier than others, but it seems odd to have staff members not help each other out. The gentleman with the care and attention to my cheese and deli always has a line up whenever I go, and yes, I do shop later in the evening but it’s happened during the day as well. It would be nice to see someone come and help, not necessarily just for the gentleman’s sake but for the sake of customer service. Other than that, clean store and great cashier staff. There’s a lady who works in the evenings and she always has a great smile on her face when cashing me out!”
