“Very high quality Pastry Shop, run by a group of fantastic, always smiling ladies. If you want high quality, authentic pastries (a lot of them uniquely European) with quality ingredients, use of sugar with moderation and a good assortment (not too much stuff but not too many either), this is your place. Cakes are usually offered in two sizes and they can custom do about anything. I love this place for ordering a big cake or just grabbing a couple of pastries with a coffee. No internet here! so you won't be bothered by a bunch of students if you choose to enjoy the goodies in-house.”

“Moved into the neighborhood recently and decided to try out the bakery as it is close by. It is your typical Italian bakery with the deli section, fresh bread, desserts, groceries and even a warm food section, which was a nice surprise. Only picked up a few desserts and they were all good. Not too sweet, which was perfect. Got 8 dessert pieces for $10.50, so the pricing is standard as well. I would suggest keeping a couple more staff on the weekends. Waited for almost 5min to order and then it took a while to checkout.”

“I like this Loblaws as it has a large selection of everything, store workers are friendly and I can normally find everything on my grocery list. Bonus, there is also a Starbucks inside the store, as well as, a pharmacy, wine and beer aisle, and a Joe Fresh. Talk about convenience. Occasionally, they have a live band while you shop. Excellent experience!!”

“Pastries & cakes are nice when freshly baked....skip the coffee (too bitter) & tasted as if it sat all day, plus the staff is inconsistent when preparing it. For example if you ask for cream, they add a very small amount of milk instead. This has happened too many times even when you emphasize your desire, they still find a way to screw it up. I believe they want to save on cream & sugar. If you like your coffee strong with little milk & no sugar than you'll be fine. Little things like this ruins your enjoyment. Also be careful, deceiving when showing some pastries, priced shown for each, but some displayed are uncut & you are charged for multiple amounts. Staff should clearly state that there are more than one portion size. Size is not generous by all means, quite pricey for amount you get. Otherwise, better quality than some other places.”

My daughter said the variety of cupcakes with the vanilla cream frosting were "to die for". Felicia was very helpful, professional, and flexible to work with. I feel she went over-and-above to make this lovely cake for the price. She handmade every butterfly for me!!!
