“Found the company on the web, prices were excellent and reviews positive, so decided to go ahead. Instructions for the pickup from the airport were precise and we were first to be picked up, the guy came with a large van and took all our baggage including a bike in the box and we were signing the papers in 15 min. When I came to the car (bigger and better then the one I signed for) all baggage was already moved to the car. The car was clean and in great shape. Tank full. Overall great service.”

“Fantastic ?? - This rental company has amazing customer service and there cars are not the bottom of the barrel, option lacking typical rental cars you get at the airport. YES - you have to call the shuttle 15 minutes before you arrive at Viscount Station (a 5 to 10 minute airport train ride from the terminals). We were skeptical as we'd never heard of the company and worried about the challenges of coordinating the shuttle but everything was seamless and above expectations. Enjoy!”

“Great experience with these guys It's unfortunate they're off-site from the airport and for a first-time client it can be difficult to figure out where to wait for their shuttle to pick you up for the airport. Their shuttle was on reasonable time and the rental was upgraded free of charge. Car could have been cleaner, but no worries cause I dropped it off dirtier then got I got it!”

“The service was the right price and wasn't bad if you know a couple of things. Firstly, ACE Rent a Car is operated by Discount Car and Truck Rental so call them for a shuttle bus. The Ace Rent a Car toll free number is a US number and can't help. Secondly, the location is off site, so don't bother looking for it at the airport. Other than that the staff were friendly and I ended up with a vehicle so everything worked out ok.”
