Their products and technical knowledge is second to none. Anything and everything I have purchased at the store or online has exceeded expectations. From their jackets to their shorts everything is the best. Try any of their products and you will never be disappointed. There should be a 6 star option for this store.

Helpful staff and made some great suggestions. Some sale items with only limited sizes left. Was told all sales items sizes are out in the sale racks.

The staff here are really knowledgeable and honest about their products! There’s so many different jackets that all look the same to me, so they helped me pick something out without up selling a product that I don’t need. I wish I got his name so I could say thanks, but thank you asian guy with greyish hair! You know who you are :)

We are fairly new to Canada and whole winter scene. After researching for a few months, we decided we'll buy Arc'teryx. Went to North York outlet. People here are super helpful and knowledgeable. They understand your needs and suggest the corresponding products. Nobody is trying to push anything on you unlike other brands. The product is definitely good, but i suggest one should buy them from this specific outlet for the service you get.
