I came by yesterday and in terms of customers, the store was almost empty and most employees were clustered and speaking to one another. When they approached us they seemed dry and as we browsed we felt judged. This really kind girl came up to us and was extremely energetic and kind. She was super informative and helped my mom pick out the perfect jacket. She was very patient and kept a smile on her face the entire time. She went above and beyond and even helped my mom understand the products better by explaining things in Somali. The Somali girl deserves 5/5 stars for her exceptional efforts but unfortunately the other sales associates need to learn a thing or two about the vibe they give off to customers.
