Might be part of the anti theft magnet thing. Regardless, this shouldn't happen.

Being new to pilates, the male staffer took the time to work with me to listen and share his personal findings and even gave some excellent tips and advice on the best mat to use and carrying case. Really a fantastic experience for an intimidated newbie. Very encouraging staff and great service orientation. Will definitely return.
