From the time we arrived for our booking, the staff was nothing but kind and engaging. We were booked for the Wilshire Hotel and it was incredible! Super immersive and the family loved it. Definitely worth checking out! We look forward to returning!
All I can say is Wow. We Just did the Great Wilshire Hotel room and it was unbelievable! The immersion the room puts you in and the decor is second to none, you can really see the amount of detail put into the room. Must go place if you are into Escape Rooms!
I rarely do reviews, but I felt it was important to share, especially during a time when small businesses need all the help they can get. This place is awesome. I’ve been here twice now and impressed both times. It’s clean, the owners and staff are so incredibly friendly, and you can tell how much passion and thought went into building these rooms. I can’t wait to experience the third room they are building! Thanks to the owners for making our last trip here so memorable!
The production value of their escape rooms is almost unreal. You'd think someone from Hollywood designed it, it's outstanding. The design team that created those rooms are very talented. Beats every other escape room in design by a mile. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a challenging and fun activity. The staff that work their are very friendly and welcoming. Can't think of a single bad thing to say, it was amazing.
Wow!!! I came here last night with my friends, and we all enjoyed it so much. We escaped from The Grand Wilshire Hotel, and it was SO well done. The very nice lady at reception told us they take approximately 30 mins between rooms to sanitize (COVID protocols), to ensure visitor safety. We were then taken by our games master to the entrance of the room, and he gave us the background story of Dr. Henry Mudgett and his Murder Hotel (very interesting) on which the room was based. As an aside, the room is not scary at all, just suspenseful.
I won't spoil anything but this room was amazing, and very well thought-out. Staff were considerate, welcoming, and we enjoyed our experience very much. We are well-seasoned escapers, and this room was not too challenging but still enjoyable at the same time. Give this place a try! Thank you to the staff at The Imaginarium 😊
