He worked hard with the budget I gave him and had great communication leading up to the event. We had a pianist and a vocalist. The performance was amazing! “Bought a washing machine from John. He was very helpful in setting up the sale even though it was Saturday night at 8pm. He promised delivery on Tuesday but there was a snowstorm so delivery was delayed until Thurs. Unfortunately, the delivery person delivered the wrong appliance. So on Friday, John personally ensured that our washing machine was delivered, hooked up and the old machine taken away for no extra cost due to the delivery delay and mix-up. John was very easy to deal with as as he was diligent and honest. Thanks again for great customer service! Note: they don't have an in-house delivery service and rely on a third party. It would be easier to arrange for delivery on your own.”
