(December 12, 2020, 11:47 am)Andrew is an excellent real estate agent. He is super responsive and always responds to texts and emails within a short time frame. He is positive and cheerful but also realistic about the Toronto market and what it would take to get what we wanted. Andrew listens well and was endlessly patient in answering my many questions. He walked us through the whole buying process and happily set up many showings for us. He knows so much about real estate & we really benefited from his knowledge and expertise.
Andrew was also great when it came to selling our condo in a tough market. He made good suggestions and was realistic about we could reasonably expect throughout the process. While he reminded me a few times that timing is everything in real estate, I also think a large part of what determines how good (or bad) one’s experience with the whole process of both buying and selling is the quality of the real estate agent. I felt comfortable, happy and confident I was getting good advice with Andrew throughout the time I worked with him.
Andrew went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend him to anyone.
