Peter is the perfect real estate agent in that he is so incredibly knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. From day 1, I felt that Peter had my wife’s and my interests solely in mind. He was not pushing us in one direction or another, but rather listened to our needs and wants. We looked at a number of places, and Peter was very adept at pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of each property and really helped us to home in on the property that was right for us. We felt so supported throughout the whole process, and even though he is such a nice guy, he is no push-over, and is a strong negotiator. We felt really good about the price we paid. We moved into our new home in July, and it is EVEN better than we imagined. We relied a lot on Peter, as first time homebuyers in Ontario, and he was just so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and was always available to talk. When we bought our home it was in the heart of an uncertain market with the pandemic, and Peter just navigated everything so well even with all the uncertainty. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone. Period. You won’t find a more professional, smart, honest or kind agent.

Peter has been a great partner in helping us navigate the last 6 years of the Toronto real estate market. When buying our first home with a limited budget, he was patient as we sorted out our various criteria for our home -- whether a two bedroom condo was right for starting a family, whether certain neighborhoods had potential for an upswing, and what to look out for in places that seemed great (but came with red flags). When we were ready to sell, he counselled us wisely as we navigated the uncertainty of the COVID crisis, helping us talk through various signals in the market and what kind of strategy would work for our sale. Peter also knows how to keep you calm. When he can't respond to a text or call he makes a plan for a response. On the night we took offers, he knew we were nervous and cracked a few jokes to ease our nerves. We sold for well above our expectations and our neighbours were impressed!

As first-time home buyers, we were initially overwhelmed. Peter walked us through the process from start to finish, answering our many questions and easing our nerves along the way. What could have been a stressful experience quickly became a fun one, as Peter kept the mood light and enjoyable during countless showings. We really appreciated that Peter was fast to act on a moments notice, and we think that gave us an advantage in a competitive market. His expertise was a major asset, but he was never too pushy — we felt empowered to make the right decision for us, because we had all the information we needed to do so.
