I wanted to work with a realtor who knew the market in my Toronto neighbourhood with a great network of buyers for a very special and unique property. After our first meeting, it was clear that Alice had high conviction and the right strategy for marketing my home.
Alice was great at engaging me in the process while making great use of my time. Our communication was always fast and efficient. Although I have bought and sold several properties in the past, the coaching and advice provided by Alice throughout the process was incredibly valuable.
There are always hiccups along the way - old houses, big cities. Alice guided me through those issues and kept me calm and focused.
