Elvy & Flo Cafe

Went there for an early bite to eat and the food was really yummy. The owner was super friendly and very welcoming. Will go again! My baby was very interested in the large photos .. I think that’s either elvy or flo?

Elvy & Flo has quickly become a welcoming hub in the neighbourhood. A great place to meet, work, relax or just stop in. Anne and Perry are excellent hosts and put a lot of thought and care into the cafe and their relationship with the neighbourhood by showcasing local goods. The food menu is small but excellent with yummy baked goods and excellent beverages of all sorts.

Proper espresso and an incredible breakfast sandwich. Perry, Anne and their team really go out of their way to give you a rooted connection to the community. Looking forward to summer on that patio!

What an awesome little place! The atmosphere here is very relaxed and friendly, with different groups of seating dispersed throughout the cafe. There's also a cute little back patio. They have a good variety of pastry and sandwich options, including some vegetarian fare. I appreciate that they grow their own herbs to use in their recipes, that they have compost and recycling bins for food waste, and a water tap for refilling glasses or water bottles. I will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

This is one of the most inviting cafes I’ve been to. The staff is so welcoming and you can have amazing conversations with them. We also got offered pastries to taste and it was sublime. Most of their food is made from their own garden too! Definitely will come back again!
