“I am currently on my third child at Windermere Kids. As we all know, all children are unique and while my first was easy going my second presented every challenge in the book. While he refused to go anywhere near a potty, the staff was patient and kind and very reassuring to myself. When he insisted on wearing a batman costume for four months straight and then added small gloves and refused to take them off, I had regular meeting with the staff as I was concerned about his sensory issues. The staff was all caring and attentive and worked on a plan (and he did take off the gloves!!). We went through speech assessments and kindergarten readiness challenges and the staff was amazing throughout. With my third now I am sad that every time he graduates from a room to the next I am one step closer to losing my wonderful support system in Windermere Kids. Even through Covid, I have felt that my child is expertly cared for, and myself and my family is also reassured and supported at every turn with excellent communication. Thank you! (FYI, the third has a mini glove issue - but it seems to have only lasted 2 weeks - fingers crossed)”

“Sparx is a wonderful program. Our daughter (Georgia) loves going, and always has fun! Sparx is clearly doing more than just showing the children a good time, they are helping our children to develop positive values and self confidence. Our five year old daughter has come home from various classes discussing (amongst other themes) - kindness to other children, and "not going with strangers". It's quite funny to hear these jewels of wisdom from her little mouth. The instructors truly care about understanding each child, and helping them to develop socially, and emotionally. Our kiddo is reserved by nature, and it has been wonderful to see her happily perform in the "Sparx Showcase" that comes at the end of the week. We are delighted by these performances as well! Where else can you see a magic cow drink chocolate milk with Cinderella?! :)”

“The food is okay. Despite lots of complaining, in my opinion the work is sort of good and the some teachers will always help you with whatever you need, if you're brave enough or when they are finished with someone else. There are so many sports teams and so we get a lot of supplies. Current Librarian is hip and awesome but she left. Attend! I graduated.”

“Please update your automated absence reporting system. There is no option for children who are in fact present but for some reason reported as absent. Since this would seem to be a huge gap and pose a possible security risk you may want to revisit what this system was designed for and how it works. Did anyone ever test this system? Who built this?”

“I learned so much about the guitar, and many techniques on how to improve my posture, scales, and overall musicality. Sol Younan is such a knowledgeable leader, and can teach all levels from beginner - up to the most challenging material one can attempt. I highly recommend him, even if you think you know plenty already: Sol can help you further develop your skills. He's so talented: He also performed at my wedding! He is such a pleasure to work with! 5-stars”

“I was searching for some meaning to life and a way to clear issues that were blocking my progress at work and in life. I took group therapy and some private psychotherapy sessions. I received very good care and therapy. The group therapy sessions were especially good value for money. Due to Covid they were on line but that did not diminish their usefulness. The sessions brought me in closer connection to my feelings, memories and myself. The hypnotherapy sessions were excellent and effective and worked as a stepping stone to actual psychotherapy sessions. She knows several modalities for treatment including past life regression therapy which I found very interesting and useful. I am pleased with my progress and have recommended her to my colleagues. The sessions have inspired my interest in spirituality as well.”

“Excellent primary school in French. Some teachers cannot write French without making mistakes in each sentence. Others are just fantastic. The courtyard is gigantic, the premises are clean, and you can feel that the staff are passionate and committed to their educational mission. Be careful, however, not to be influenced too much by Quebecers! French-speaking Ontario deserves better than being just an erzatz of our dear neighbors.”
