The nurse injector was so knowledgeable, she was able to identify previous filler done wrong and was so honest with me and didn't try and up sell me just gave me the facts and was just so transparent with me. I got my lips done and am so happy with the result, I have been getting my lips done for years and was never 100% happy with the result. I have finally found the spa I will be forever returning to because the nurse was just so great in every way. Again, I cannot say enough great things except for highly recommend.”

“I was able to visit Elmspa last week and although nearly all the amenities are unusable due to COVID, the massage I received was great. There were a number of COVID protocols in place, such as temperature checks, limited capacity in the washrooms/ change rooms etc. There was complimentary water, and apples provided throughout your stay, and there is also a wellness/ waiting area that I captured a photo of. The only piece of constructive feedback is that the massage room was a little cold, but likely a personal preference of mine vs. general population.”

I am not sure why some of these reviews say that the nurse is not properly trained as all my friends/colleagues go to Amy and everyone is very happy with their results and treatments/facials/laser hair removal and refer their friends to her as well. I give this clinic 5 stars and if anyone says otherwise then they are probably competitors trying to give this clinic a bad name.”
