The only problem so far with my tag is that the medical ID symbol soon rubs off. That's hardly a serious issue.
I found it easy to fill in the medical form and as well to load a pdf file with more detailed and historical information. That's very positive.
What's better though is the service. a few months after getting my tag I goofed, and put it my pocket when I washed up for bed, and left it there. It went through the wash, and the usb drive was wrecked. The rest of it was easy to put back together, so I called and asked if there was any way just to get the usb drive part, and not have to buy a whole new tag - after all, the damage was my fault. The immediate response was to say they would send me a new tag! I received it about 10 days later, engraved, and ready to go. Wow! especially given that they were told that the damage was altogether my fault, that's right at the top of the line for service!!
I can recommend Universal Medical ID wholeheartedly.
