“Customer service is above and beyond by the whole team. They call to follow up, and make sure you are satisfied with your rental. I drove two different cars because they didn't have the vehicle size I had booked at first. My only disappointment was the cleanliness of both cars. Unfortunately they were both dusty on the inside, and the exterior didn't seem washed at all. When I mentioned it while picking up the second car, they did promptly offer to do a quick wipe down of the interior, which speaks to their customer service again. If they maintained their rental vehicles better, I would definitely go back to them for future rentals, since they are very pleasant to deal with!”

“To start with, it's Enterprise and they pick you up and drop you off so that gets big marks off the top. I think the staff here are friendly and very accommodating for the most part. You do have some staff that seem to think they are too cool for you. It kinda makes me laugh. But the friendliness of the other staff make up for it. I have rented here a few times and they always look to upgrade me. I don't know if it's just me and the way I treat them. In case it is, here's my tip..... Be nice to whomever is taking care of you!
