“The hotel was clean and the room was fine. Overall the staff were good, especially Jessa-Marie at the front desk. Why I have an issue is that I had to check out a little later and had one day left on my stay due to a family emergency. While I was prepared to eat the one night cost, when I went to the front desk to get my bill the clerk said they would email it to me as they would adjust the one night and refund the $150 (approx) which I thought was very good of them and generous. However I got my bill and it is the two nights charged, had they been honest about that their rating would have been much higher but to me this is dishonesty by telling a guest one thing and doing another. This is just a warning to others t be cautious in believing what they tell you.”

“I have been there a few times for companies quarterly meetings. Nice breakout areas and meeting rooms. The food was good and ample in the open boufette. for snakes they have offer trays of good quality cheeses, crackers and fruits. The meetings were boring but the atmosphere and the food made it a bit more pleasant to be there.”

“The worst hotel ever. The lady at the front desk lol was so rude I come into this room got comfortable for a couple of hours then seen the condition of the room I was so disgusted. I never want to come there again. My money got wasted. But just the condition of the room was bad. Overall staff was ok, but expected this hotel to be a good hotel. Other than that, no I will not be coming.”

“This an old classy upscale rental condominium building which is so well maintained. In one storey, there are only 8 units, if I am not mistaken, occupying the 4 square sides of the buildings. In the middle is a common room for washer and drier area. So every storey has its own washer and dryer. It is a very quiet place. High ceilings for the unit, spacious and not congested. Has its own basement parking. Located in front of St. Rose of Lima School and accessible to stores, parks, and commute. This is very unlikely the other apartment buildings around it which are so congested and unkempt.”

“Nice cosy room which was very clean. All basic amenities such as fridge, Microwave Iron were there. Suitable for small family of four. Bathroom had tub with hot n cold water. Great value for money as it included breakfast. Also located in Scarborough where u can find good dining facility for people from Indian sub-continent.”
