“Public Storage gave me great customer service, the communication was very clear on their fees and there is no hidden fees. They're very helpful when I needed to depart my storage unit in the middle of the month they gave me a great rate and was very helpful. Access to my unit was great and most importantly their storage units is very clean. I didn't see any thing that I needed to complain about, so I appreciate everything they did for me for the time that I needed them. I would use them again and I like that they have so many locations all around the city.”

“Main office and depot are good. I was sent over to the Milner street facility which closes at 1500hrs. I arrived at 14:10. The forklift driver with the beard and pony tail had an ABSOLUTE MELTDOWN because I arrived at 14:10 and they close at 1500hrs. He yelled and cursed and put on quite a show. Very unprofessional. Even the other employees mentioned he has “issues”.”
