I’ve never had service like that at the Hespeler Rd location and won’t use them anymore. I’ll go out of my way to give this location my business and upcoming print jobs.

(November 25, 2020, 11:18 pm)Had a great experience at this location, the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about shipping overseas. Haven't seen this high level of customer service in a long time. The manager was patient and friendly as I had numerous questions about custom fees & and prices for the shipment. The manager also informed me about other services that the store provides such as faxing, shredding & mailbox rentals which I was unaware about. Highly recommend this location!
