Will definitely be my go to store now. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service. Was provided with a drop off receipt for my return package. I’ve never had service like that at the Hespeler Rd location and won’t use them anymore. I’ll go out of my way to give this location my business and upcoming print jobs.

So impressed with Jason! He is helpful, caring and so great at accommodating. Very thankful for his help and patience during our recent trips to ups.

Had a great experience at this location, the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about shipping overseas. Haven't seen this high level of customer service in a long time. The manager was patient and friendly as I had numerous questions about custom fees & and prices for the shipment. The manager also informed me about other services that the store provides such as faxing, shredding & mailbox rentals which I was unaware about. Highly recommend this location!
